Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
Be accompanied by your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with complete return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without first obtaining return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@thefaithdistrict.com with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Perishable goods.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your original purchase after it has been approved and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a member country of the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Unless otherwise required by law, returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
